At the end of October of 2020, President Trump released an Executive Order instituting the last of the Affordable Care Act Requirements – group health plan pricing transparency.
The kicker: Even though companies that offer health insurance will have no ability to implement these requirements, the rules assign them direct liability. You can avoid this issue by taking a few specific actions today.
A fair number of you have plans that renew in the second and third quarters of 2021. There are a few things you can do at this renewal to make sure you are protected.
