Don’t EXPECT what you Don’t INSPECT

In this episode of Raising The Bar Podcast, Allison talks with Andrew Cass.

Andrew Cass was born and raised just outside of Boston, MA and currently resides in Miami, FL with his wife and two children. He attended Hofstra University in New York and graduated in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration (BBA). He was also a member of the NCAA Division 1 Hofstra football team.

Andrew is a 23-year Sales & Marketing Veteran, Best-Selling Author of Sales Velocity, former Dan Kennedy Certified Business Advisor and a trusted Advisor to many private clients today. He’s worked directly with and has been trained by some of the greatest sales and marketing minds of our time – Dan Kennedy, Bill Glazer, Russell Brunson and Jordan Belfort – to name a few. Andrew has an uncanny ability to see opportunities for increasing sales conversions and expanding profit opportunities in just about any business…

Having built three, separate 7-figure businesses of his own before the age of 41, he went on to architect quite a few highly-successful online marketing campaigns and sales processes that have helped many scale from zero to 7-figures+ in annual revenue. Three of his private clients are currently on the Inc. 5000 List of America’s fastest growing companies. Andrew’s work has been seen on ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX as well as the South Florida Business Journal, The Wall Street Journal, Success Magazine, Newsweek Magazine and USA Today.

Today, Andrew is CoFounder of PipelinePRO, one of the leading “All-In-One” Sales Pipeline Management & Marketing Automation software platforms in existence. He is also Co-Host of the Sales Velocity TV & Radio show.

Starting with their own experiences, they end up talking about and the importance of Follow-up in the process of sustaining a business. Meanwhile, Andrew also explains how he manages his sales team.

Andrew spends most of his free time with his wife and his two young children, Nicolas and Alessia. He enjoys reading, playing golf, weight training, yoga and an occasional cigar and scotch with close friends.
